WALL-MAN is wall-mounted inside the spray booth and is the permanent solution — it leaves the floor completely free. LIFTMAN runs on wheels and rolls to wherever the work is – in the spray booth, the prep zone or other areas. It suits you if you have several booths or work areas.
If you have low door openings, LIFTMAN Fold has a folding mast.
Every quote includes load data for the wall. We recommend a suitable wall mounting according to Reglo's load table – your structural engineer confirms that the wall can carry the load. Installation takes a few days depending on the site – you choose whether to install it yourselves or have us do it.
150 kg, which corresponds to one person with equipment. The basket runs on 7 bar compressed air. The lift is ATEX and CE marked, and the calculated service life is 25 years or 50,000 hours.
Green Line is our own brand and we manufacture the cabinets in Frillesås, Sweden. WALL-MAN and LIFTMAN are manufactured by Reglo AS in Norway — we sell and install them in Sweden.
The door frame above all. The cabinets are 225 cm tall, which is higher than a standard door.

Yes, if you already have a Green Line cabinet. The light fitting is not included in the cabinet delivery, but you can add it afterwards – to replace an existing fitting or to complete the cabinet. If you are buying a new cabinet, we recommend ordering the fitting at the same time.
That is decided by your hazardous area classification – zoning is the responsibility of the workplace, and we do not make our own zone assessment. The light fitting comes in four variants, in two light outputs and two zones:

A good rule of thumb: zone 1 fittings (II 2GD) also cover zone 2, but not the other way round. Choose the variant according to your area classification before you order.
Yes, we deliver and install throughout Sweden. Green Line is also available across the Nordics and the Baltics, while the personnel lifts and wheel refurbishment equipment are sold in Sweden only.
The list grows as the questions come in. If we get the same question from three different workshops, sooner or later it becomes an article here — it is cheaper for everyone than us answering it on the phone thirty times.
