Ordering, delivery, goods receipt and invoicing.

We run ongoing credit monitoring on all customers. New customers are always credit-checked before an order is approved.
The quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
The quotation is based on the dimensions and information stated in it. If anything differs, let us know before you accept the quotation — ultimately, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the dimensions provided are correct.
Discrepancies between the stated dimensions and the actual conditions at installation are charged separately on a time-and-materials basis, subject to the customer's approval.
Compressed air for WALL-MAN is the customer's responsibility and is not included in the quotation. For LIFTMAN, a compressed-air connection — and for Green Line washing cabinets, compressed air and water — must be prepared by the customer before installation.
Freight terms by agreement — please contact us for more information.
We send a confirmation once we have received and processed the order — normally the same day or the following day at the latest. If you have not received a confirmation within 24 hours (working days), please contact us.
Goods held in stock are normally dispatched within a day. Larger items such as cabinets and lifts are made to order; the delivery time is then approximately 4–6 weeks depending on the production workload.
The goods are delivered by established carriers, with a delivery note and freight documentation. Inspect the goods immediately on delivery. Visible damage must be noted on the consignment note — document it and notify the carrier immediately. Then notify us, and we will help with the claim and replacement goods. If transport damage has not been reported directly to the carrier, compensation may be reduced or refused.
Other discrepancies must be reported to us within 5 working days of receiving the delivery.
If you need the goods on a particular day or at a particular time, that can often be arranged, but the carrier usually charges a higher fee. If no one is present at delivery, or if you ask the carrier to hold the delivery, the carrier may charge a storage cost that may be passed on to you.
Deliveries are subject to the General Conditions of Delivery FVU-05, with the following exception: §17.4 does not apply and is replaced by: defective goods are primarily delivered by the buyer to the seller for remedy. If this is not possible, a separate agreement is made in each individual case.
All prices are stated excluding VAT and apply to the current quotation. Amounts are rounded to the nearest krona. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice in the event of dramatic changes in transport, raw-material or exchange-rate costs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We send invoices by email or as an electronic invoice. Payment terms are 30 days after an approved credit check. For larger orders, other terms may apply. In the event of late payment, default interest of 18% per annum is charged, calculated daily, plus a reminder fee of SEK 60. Delivered goods remain our property until paid in full.
We provide a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, unless otherwise stated in the product documentation for the product concerned. The warranty period should not be confused with the expected service life of the products, which is normally considerably longer.
Contact us before any return — we need to approve the return in advance. The return period is 8 days from delivery. The goods must be in undamaged original packaging, and a copy of the order or invoice must be enclosed. For an approved return, a return fee of 30% and the return freight are deducted before the remaining amount is credited. If the fault is ours — the goods differ from the order — we pay the return freight and credit the full amount without deduction. Special-order products are subject to special terms; get in touch before ordering if you are unsure.

Below are our terms and conditions for purchase and delivery. They apply where nothing else has been agreed in writing, and they are written to be comprehensible rather than exhaustive — if anything is unclear, ask us rather than guess.
Most of what we sell is equipment that has to fit into an existing space, with existing ventilation and existing workflows. That is why most deals begin with a quotation rather than a price list. The quotation is based on the conditions you have provided — dimensions, ventilation capacity, placements — and is valid for the period stated in it.
For larger installations we engineer to your actual premises before delivery. If it turns out during the engineering work that conditions differ from what was assumed, we get in touch before we proceed, not afterwards.
Stated dimensions, performance and other values in product sheets, data sheets and on the website are indicative. They may vary with configuration and use, and we reserve the right to correct printing errors and make technical changes. If a dimension is critical to whether the equipment will fit — ask us and have it confirmed in writing before ordering.
Some product sheets state explicitly that the dimensions are preliminary and being verified. That is there because we would rather be open about the uncertainty than guess. If you need a verified dimension, get in touch.
One thing is worth highlighting in particular, because it sets us apart from much other workshop equipment: our Green Line™ products are manufactured in Frillesås, Sweden, and we still service cabinets from the early 90s. A purchase from us is meant to last for decades, and our terms are written with that time horizon in mind.
If you have equipment from us that is twenty or thirty years old and are wondering whether it can be repaired — call us. The answer is more often yes than you might think.
